FAQs
Here are Frequently Asked Questions about CBD
What is CBD?
CBD, or cannabidiol, is a natural substance extracted from hemp, and is to be taken as part of a balanced lifestyle.
What is CBD & THC difference?
CBD and THC are two of the most prominent cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. Both cannabis and hemp produce CBD and THC. However, cannabis has a higher concentration of THC. Hemp has a higher concentration of CBD.
What is the difference between hemp-seed oil, CBD and hemp extract?
These differ greatly even though they come from same plant. Hemp-seed oil is extracted only from the seed of the cannabis plant and contains no CBD. Hemp extract comes from the flowers, stalks, and stem of the cannabis plant, the parts of the plant that contain high levels of CBD. Full-spectrum CBD and hemp extract are often used interchangeably.
How does CBD work?
Our bodies contain two different cannabinoid receptors that help your internal system function smoothly. They help our body manage the processes that govern pain, emotions, appetite, focus, memory, the immune system and other functions. CBD works with these receptors to help the body help itself to produce a variety of potentially positive benefits. That’s why studies have shown it to be universally beneficial for such a wide variety of ailments.*
